Dr. Gruszynski has been in various senior management positions involved in financial controlling and strategy development in multi-national enterprises in various countries, and has been a management consultant and management seminar leader for more than 20 years.
Besides managing financial reporting, practicing strategic scenario evaluation and implementation of change, he is also a popular business lecturer for strategy and change management as well as for developing cross-cultural leadership skills. He holds the practical as well the conceptional experience in the field.
